Last week my wife and I enjoyed a peaceful day kayaking on Lake Conroe. The day was perfect with a nice cool breeze, low humidity, and clear skies. This is one of the many reasons we enjoy living on Lake Conroe. If you are thinking of moving to Lake Conroe or live in the area there are so many local things to do this time of year. Lone Star 1st Saturday – Downtown Montgomery

Going on now through Nov. 30th, open every Sat. and Sun. from 9am-8pm. School Days specifically designed for children on Nov. 4th-5th. The Nation’s largest, most acclaimed Renaissance theme park.
Saturday, Nov. 8th, 9am to 6pm at the Woodlands Waterway Marriott. Over 100 vendors selling antiques, jewelry, clothing, vintage items, home decor, housewares, toys, garage sale items, crafts, and collectibles. Admission is free
Saturday Nov. 15th-16th, at the Lone Star Convention Center located at 9055 Airport Rd. Hosting some of the best vendors across Texas selling antiques, clothing, jewelry, toys, fine arts, artisan foods, crafts, gifts, furniture, home decor, tools, soaps, and more.
Going on now through Nov. 22nd every Sat. from 10am-8pm at P6 Farms located at 9963 Poole’s Rd. in Montgomery. Come check out the giant corn maze, pig races, cow train, duck races, hayride, and much more.
